HOT ONION SOUFFLE DIP


As the crisp fall air rolls in, it's the perfect time to trade in those cool summer dips for something warm and comforting. And here's the ultimate hot dip to kick off the season—perfectly creamy, savory, and guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2) 8-oz blocks of cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese 
  • 1large onion (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

Combine and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes (depending on how brown you like the crust on top). It can be made in a pie plate or a small casserole dish. I serve mine with pita chips.
